The Global Intellectual Property Alliance (GLIPA) was launched in October 2022 with the World Intellectual Property Organization (created by the United Nations) which is a non-profit. GLIPA seeks to raise IP awareness/education, improve IP ecosystem collaboration, and increase IP diversity and inclusion for the betterment of IP worldwide so we all get what we need as fast as possible in the future, such as the vaccine for the next pandemic. 

President and CEO, AT&T Intellectual Property

Scott Frank is the President of AT&T Intellectual Property. He is responsible for the identification, development, protection, management, marketing, licensing, and sale of all company-wide intellectual property for AT&T. Scott is Chair/President of the Global Intellectual Property Alliance, United State Intellectual Property Alliance, and Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Owners Assoc; Chair of the Georgia Tech and Georgia State University Intellectual Property Advisory Boards; a member and former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Tech Research Corporation; a former White House Advisor on International Trade Related to Intellectual Property; and former Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Intellectual Property Law Section. He is also the Chair of the Swift School for Dyslexic children, Chair of the Peace, Harmony, Joy Alliance, and former Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mary Hall Freedom House for rehabilitating women with addiction problems. Scott is also a member of the Atlanta Rotary which brings people together for the greater public good. Scott received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and his law degree and master’s in business from Georgia State University.

Scott is married with four children and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
