Armen Pischdotchian is currently a Data Scientist at IBM Corporation. In this role, he drives adoption of IBM technologies with faculty and students worldwide with the IBM SkillsBuild for Academy to grow skills in artificial intelligence and data science. He is also lead course developer and instructor for both of those disciplines.
Armen joined IBM in 2006 as Level 3 support, course developer and trainer for the IoT solutions. He holds a BS in Organizational and Behavioral Psychology, MS in Computer Science and an MBA in Computer Information Systems.
Armen writes in the Medium.com online publication and has co-authored IBM Red Books. He also holds an IBM Certified Application Developer – Watson V3 Certification and is an avid collector of badges and certificates from IBM, Udacity and Coursera. As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), Armen relishes and seeks public speaking opportunities.
Armen is also an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, where he lives, and an Adjunct (remotely) at The University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky.
